It also rained in the night here, it was brighter earlier but now clouding up again.
I have to go pick up some documents from the surgery as I was told that I have to have an X-ray on my hand.
All I want is one of the magic injections, that the Dr does.
What a performance that is going to be.
In the past one could go to the âwalk in X-ray departmentâ at the hospital, but now you have to book an appointment.
I shall not be rushing to do that.

Bleddy freezing here last night. For some reason the boiler wouldnât put the heating on, but would this morning. Briefly. I even got the warden out in the evening. So I am going to pop home for a portable heater. I had to wrap my own duvet (from home) around Holly so she snuggled nicely into it.
And. The carpet in the lounge was still very wet. Not just damp. Wet. I couldnât walk about bare foot on it.
Yes, I enjoyed the Chinese. Went to collect it so drove past your house several times,
A quiet area of the park for the caravan. I canât hear a thing.
I might get a bus to Gorleston beach later. If I go and collect the heater from home I can then leave the car in the car park at the entrance. Best check bus times.

I had completely run out of the painkillers I take for trapped nerve. Managed to get them thank goodness.

Another cold night. Yup, no heating. And I couldnât even use my portable heater as all plugs are on a high level and the cable is too short! I canât win. Beginning to think this whole weekend away has been a mistake.
Susie, I may have been able to see your house from where I was on dog walk just now.
I have a roast meal to cook, maybe for lunchtime, as itâs a home made meat loaf, so a bit heavy for the evening. Therefore no plans for going further afield. We will just do lots of walks and exercise.

Janet, yes we found the keys after a long search. They were in the cup cupboard. I suspect Josh had put them there as we saw him playing with them a few days ago.
I needed the painkillers for my sciatica/trapped nerve - got it under control now thank goodness.
Going to the local hospital this afternoon for routine blood tests. Probably have a walk round the nature reserve while weâre there.

Again it is overcast but quite warm out.
Sainsburyâs shortly for my usual main weekly shop.
What I mean with my left leg, itâs the knee that I had replaced.
It does not bend as much as it used to.
So when I try to peddle the bike it is of course painful to do.
So it was a matter of moving the saddle back as far as it can go, and also raising the saddle, but still be able to reach the ground with my feet.
So for the rest of you with ailments, keep taking the pills.

Was disturbed about 6am by the bin men (the bins were very close to the caravan) so I got an earful!! Then minutes later Holly wanted to go out for her toilet. I made a cuppa, went back to bed and adjusted the alarm, but got up before. Loaded the car and was away quite early.
Car is unpacked, just need to put everything away (chilled stuff done), but relaxing first. Had a cuppa, dog is napping beside me. Thankfully she has calmed down now.

Holly must have known about the rain. After her early evening walk, she refused to come downstairs for the late one, and went without till I took her at 7.30am. Not even for a wee.
Cafe meet is likely to be quiet. I know of several ladies who are busy. I might go to the retail park after lunch, get fresh bread, more milk. Or I might go in the morning.
