Already sorting out the mountain of stuff on the coffee table and putting it away in the two very nice storage boxes which arrived from Amazon yesterday.

Did you know that taking colchicine affects your immune system Jazzi. That could be the reason that you have caught tonsillitis. I was put on steroids, which do the same thing to your immune system and it was probably the reason I caught covid.

Off out at 9am to do our weekly shopping, if it stays warm this afternoon, I might go down to the Beach.

Susie, my throat doesnāt feel so painful this morning when I swallow, so I hope I have turned a corner. Bob, hope you feel better soon too.
When I am fully recovered I will pop over to the allotment, see if any veg can be salvaged. I am dreading what it looks like. Itās been over three weeks. At the moment I am still wanting day time naps, morning and afternoon, so Iām just going along with it.
Hoping to go to the cafe tomorrow morning, see the ladies. Iāve missed two weeks, donāt want to stay away for more.
Need to have a good tidy up indoors. Iām afraid much has had to be ignored. Sometimes I donāt even want to wash up. But Iāll get there.

I might as well join some of you that are suffering from aches and pains.
My right shoulder is painful. That is from the covid jab I had yesterday. It was amazing there.
They had 3 cubicles that were doing them. I felt like I was out before I went in, and it was only a chemist. They were also offering the flue jab that I reclined. As been told not to have both at the same time.
Off to Sainsburyās shortly for my weekly shop.

The local squirrels have pinched my sunflowers. I suppose it is the seeds that they are after. I did see one on the fence holding one.

I might have to start thinking of getting mine and Hollyās cases downstairs and get packing. This will most probably be our last caravan break for this year. Mind, they do have pet friendly availability for Octoberā¦. Just a shame there is nothing following on from this Monday.
I enjoyed going to the cafe to meet the ladies. I couldnāt miss a third week. The lady who comes from my London hometown had stayed away during my absence, because she only goes to keep in touch with me. So it was a first for her all these weeks.

Susie, will set aside a half day for shopping. By the weekend I will need milk and new bread.

Yet again a tradesperson is wanting to mess me about. I had asked a gardener to meet me at the allotment to see about getting a shed base done, and heād offered tomorrow, for the initial look. He now wants to do today. First of all I agreed then I wrote again and said, second thoughts, I will be busy and out and about for these two days before my break, can we postpone. My time is no less important than theirs.
I have also got a notification from the library that a reserved book is ready so will want to set aside half hour to shoot down there. I can get half hour free parking just to go across the road for it.
Have to get the WM going soon and set off for shopping after breakfast and dog walk. Might also be dropping a new baby card round to my sister, if she is going away this weekend to see her new great GS. Have to text her soon to ask.

Just pulled a load of rhubarb, might give some of it to my friend when she comes this afternoon.
No cleaning lady this morning as she has she thinks a bad cold, and does not want to spread it.
At last they are taking my daughterās MIL into the home that they have chosen. Now maybe daughter and family can get their life back.
Dr phone appointment at 0920 this morning, for getting some jabs in my hand.

Yes, still all go. Just finishing lunch, after quick dog walk, then at 1 I will leave for Aldi then to my sister who is close by. Will maybe stop for a chat, hand over the new baby card, then come home.
Tomorrow it will be the library, Tescos, then hopefully pick up the remaining item from my repeat meds. Pack the car, and leave about 3.40. After Iāve got the key and unloaded, then I will order a takeaway from the Chinese near Susie.
