Raining here as I expect it is in most places.
I ain’t going to walk in this, maybe later if it stops.
I shall be going to Sainsburys shortly for my weekly shop.
Yesterday morning I went and did some flower planting.
Our roads whatsapp got some plants from the council, to plant in the beds at the end of the road where the barrier is. It’s amazing that the amount of people that said they would help, but did not turn up. Still the few that did, done the job.

I might rest from gardening today. Have a blood test booked for mid morning. Could see if sis is home to pop round. She went to her GD’s baby shower at the weekend and I don’t know if she is back yet.
Edit. Remembered she will be back at Norwich hospital for more blood tests.

I’ve been for a swim this morning - really enjoyed it. Hoping to start going twice a week if I can.
I’ve got to take Tony to the dentist at 2.00 because his new dentures hurt him. I hope they can fix it - they cost us £1,500!! From there on to see granddaughter Holly - it’s her birthday.
Tonight out for a meal with Ady & Paula so a busy day!

Oh how I love this British weather. Can’t it make up its mind what it is supposed to do?
It was sunny and warm a short while ago. Turn my back, and it’s gone orrible.
I shall be giving myself a hair cut shortly. Have not decided which hair to cut. Might do the eyebrows.
I expect that my daughter will be here later to drag me out.
Morning all, tipping down here again and has been for most of the night, but hopefully we’ll get a break soon to walk the hound as he refused point blank even to go out for a wee earlier!
No agenda for the day so will just potter around until something turns up to pique my interest, and if not we will probably catch a film or something this afternoon.

I managed to do 3/4 of the field, and then the rain started. Still it helped to wake me up?
Coffee and chat this morning at AgeUK, and I expect that I shall pick up the lady from down the road.
Yesterday, I spotted my harmonicas (4 of them) on a top shelf in the war room. Well it is in a state like a bomb hit it.
I dragged them down and started to play. Not lost my touch, and easier than the Ukuleles.

Managed to get my dog out as the rain had stopped. Having a quick breakfast then must dash back to my surgery (third visit this week), to drop off a sample, as part of my Diabetes check. I can then relax the rest of the week. Phew.
Pondering whether to go back into Morrisons for bread and milk.

We’ve had rain but bright & sunny now.
I’m off to the mill town of Belper to meet my friend Chris. We’ll have a walk to the river gardens which is 2 miles there & back. Browse the shops & have a pub lunch.
When I get back about 4 ish I’m going to my granddaughter Taylors to see the new baby & collect some washing. I said I’d do her washing & ironing until she gets on her feet.

Rain still here. On and off but persistent. I popped into Morrisons after the surgery visit and spent a shed load of money again, but did buy a lot of dog food. With the way the supermarkets whack prices up each week I try to stock up while I can.

Went into Gorleston this morning, also spent £25 in food at Morrison’s, plus I will be spending more money in Aldi on Friday.

My filling came out this morning whilst eating a slice of Toast, no app. until Monday afternoon.

Only rained for an hour last night, so good view of the huge moon and meteors.
Bright and sunny until now, thunderstorms due later.
I am due to be taken shopping, new helper has been and gone, new cleanre was supposed to be here for 4 hours, but left after an hour, new boyfriend texted wanting to go to her house as her kids are away for the day with their Dad.
Next but one we have a couple with 4 kids, two hers, two his.
She left with her two kids last night amongst much shouting, early this morning he left with his two kids, picked up by his ex.
The one who left last night with her two kids is back with the her two kids and his stuff is being pit in black bags and is being put in the front garden.
It is never boring round here at the moment.

Morning everyone, the sun is shining here for a change, so it will give me a chance to pick some more of my blackberries, raspberries and the last of the blueberries. Nothing else on my list other than enjoying a Thai red curry for lunch, yum yum…

Already had to do a quick dash to Sainsburys. As I was informed last evening that it is my cleaner’s birthday. So got her a card and a box of biscuits.
It looks like some more showers today, but was ok when I did my walk this morning.
