Were suppose to be going out today, but now we can’t, got a delivery today of a garden bench, no time indicated, also our boiler man is coming to service the boiler.

Later I expect that I will go shopping again with my daughter to get theirs down the road.
I manages to get to speak a live person at Amazon about the undelivered bag that I ordered. They have kindly ordered me another, that I hope to get Thursday.
Morning everyone, much cooler here and spitting with rain at the moment, but the garden is gasping for moisture so I’m hoping it pours down for awhile…
Off to the doctor’s shortly for an annual checkup the I’m putting together a Caesar salad for lunch, but no other plans as yet.

It is very overcast and humid here. I am hoping that maybe it would rain.
Off later to the Wednesday coffee and chat, and then back this afternoon for the Ukulele lessons. This is supposed to be the last one, but it was discussed last week that maybe they could be continued.

Had no time earlier for my greetings. Back from a nurse review then on to Morrisons. As I had taken out my cards and only had £7 cash it was a short and cheap shop, just Anchor, bread and one tray of dog food.
Having a cuppa and biscuits while I contemplate next move.

Off to Mum’s shortly to do some gardening for her and mow her lawns, then after lunch I have to net over what’s left of the blackcurrants after the pigeons have ravaged them… grrrr…

Yes, raining. Been out for dog walk, finishing breakfast and watching last night’s Corrie. I’d put it on to record so I could doze on the sofa. And doze I did. Woke up at 9.50. Wasn’t going to get dressed and walk Holly so let her in the garden for a wee.

Had a lazy couple of days so maybe should think about doing something today. Had been thinking (wanting, even) of going to Tescos but not in dire need of anything just yet. I just love going shopping, whether I need stuff or not, but must must MUST use up frozen food so I can then order a new fridge freezer sometime in the future.

Apart from cooking lunch I’ve nothing on my agenda as yet, but I have a voucher to spend at Halfords so I may go and have a wander around there and pick up some new wiper blades for the car.

Humid is what it is out today. Bit of cloud, bit of sun, bit of heat.
When I went to let Minnie out this morning, there was stuff on the floor of the conservatory. “What what is this”? Answer. A magpie was in there. How it got in is a mystery. I managed to catch it, and asked it how it got in. I think it said, “ Me no speak da hinglish”. So I let it go.
Early meet with my daughter as she has something going on at 2 this afternoon, lunch at Morrisons. Then dinner at hers this evening.
