I was up early this morning, and needed to get things done. I am expecting 2 deliveries today, so I want to be here for them.
Already did the morning stroll, also been to Sainsburys for a few things. I did not need a lot today.

As I may have said, a busy day ahead. I shall walk to the shops soon, one thing I do need is descaler for the in room kettle. I had to rinse and rinse repeatedly to rid most of the muck, otherwise Iâd have been crunching my coffee. Taking bro and SiL to the shops up the road, leaving them, I hope to get to the cemetery, then we will bus to the carvery, then to the next door hospital for his mri.

Morning Peeps, rain overnight but stopped now, and the sun has got his hat on⊠
Salmon and mash for lunch then taking BIL to Derby hospital for a consultation regarding his cancer, so no other plans.

I was just about to go out with Minnie for our morning stroll, and the heavens opened up. Where did that lot come from.
So I expect we will go out later.
So I got the ingredients for a bread, and that is doing now.
Jan. if you go on line or eBay, get a supply of Citric acid. Much cheaper that what you get in the supermarket and what they call âKettle cleanerâ, and enough for many times use.

Enjoyed my meal. But sponge n custard, and main actually, cold.

Well I donât know what to blame but had a stomach upset, with bad pains. Went to bed about 8, feeling so tired, woke up at midnight, and hardly had sleep since. Just dozed on and off. Need to get some more paracetamol before I check in the Travelodge later, as used half the strip I brought with me. Not likely to want much to eat today, when friends take me to the pub for lunch.
Looking forward to seeing older sis mid morning, for about an hour.

Morning all, a sharp frost here overnight down to -3°C, so I couldnât be bothered to defrost the car and just took the dog around the block instead. No plans for later, so may be another jigsaw type of dayâŠ

I got my new iPhone X yesterday. Trying to set it up is painful, but I am winning. I just need to get all my photos on the old phone to it.
Coffee and chat meet for me later this morning.
I had the saus muffin fresh first thing Monday morning. Dont think it was that. Carvery meal was cold, but that may have been waiting for brother to sit in the bench for me to then get in beside him. Not a well or quick man.
Not feeling so bad now. Had a few mouthfuls of a yesterdayâs almond croissant and thatâs it. Hoping to let stomach settle before lunch with friends. Sil gave me a box of paracets that she doesnt want.

It was lovely Susie, thanks. A bit pretentious for my liking, but I had half a chicken and chips, with bbq sauce and gravy (a minuscule pot), but dessert was sorbet and ice cream. I was so full by the time I finished. Had to decline chocolate cake and cuppa back at theirs and left just 15 minutes later to get to here because of parking.
Might stay local and the shops tomorrow, as I have the day free. I should be able to get a bus.
