Hi Jan, I binged watched all six episodes over two days. Not the best I’ve seen and certainly Nichola Walker is a hard act to follow, but a good story when it all came together and not a bad watch overall. 
I might watch the rest. Depends what time I have this week.

Morning all, lightly snowing here but not enough to stop us from going on the dog walk, although looking heavier now.
We have a voucher to spend at Lidl, so weather permitting we will go and have a look for some store cupboard bargains.

Well with an agreed vote, both Minnie and I decided that it is raining too heavily so we will not be going out just yet. Maybe later if it eases off.
I shall go on my exercise bike shortly. I think I will do the Paris ride again, or maybe Rome.
Cleaning lady comes this morning. Oh what an exciting day.

Yes. On YouTube. There are loads of them if you do a search. I even do some of the ones that I have done in real-time such as the local canal along the river Lea. If I move the bike into the lounge, I use the TV or where the bike is now I use my iPad.

Thanks Maree. It was a busy morning. An accident nearby meant a detour, but I got to the groomers 15m early, so she took Holly straight in. I went round the corner to the surgery, had some coffee from my flask, then to the annex waiting room. Tried to read my book but the radio was on too loud. Had to wait for the nurse a good few minutes.
In with her a good while, came out with a scrip for a new inhaler. Walked to the pharmacy next door and waited and waited. Texted groomer, said I was still nearby, and by the time I finally moved my car from the surgery car park she was indeed ready!
Got a bit lost on the detour home. Then got take away fish and chips for lunch, which was very enjoyable. Having a rest now, then back busy again. After feeding Holly and walking her, I have a 4.30 hair cut this afternoon. But hey, tomorrow is free!

Certainly have! And supposed to take Holly to see her favourite shop assistant before she closes at 7 but it’s still raining. Hope she understands if we don’t go. Taking Holly to her carer on Sunday morning before her next shift so she won’t see her now for over a week.
Morning all.
Never took Holly out until 9, messaged the shop assistant and she will pop in to see us tomorrow early evening to see Holly. Holly was asleep in her bed, and there was no way I would disturb her and go out in the bad weather twice.
It’s horrible again today and looks set to last. I shall spend today getting a case out, have a look at dog food and biscuits, see if there is enough to last her a week. At some point over the weekend I must do a clothes wash and change bed linen. And also empty out the car boot under the shelf, get petrol and do a small shop.
Sunday I must get the central heating thermostat control and work out again the auto settings for the week. I shall have the heating come on several times a day and night, just to keep the cold at bay.
Taking Holly to her carer about 10am Sunday, leaving my day completely free, and will then do the long drive down to the Essex/London border on Monday morning. Seeing a friend that afternoon so need to contact her for arrangements.
Phew. I’m exhausted just thinking about what needs to be done. The weather isn’t helping.

Morning all, the weather’s a bugger here too, around four inches fell overnight and it’s still snowing.
I’ve cleared the drive and brushed the snow off the car once so we can do the weekend shop, but it’s already got a covering again so may leave it until this afternoon to see if there’s any improvement. No other plans other than keeping the heating on low…

Well it did not seem to be raining when we went out a half hour ago. Well it was an orrible cold fine drizzle.
Both myself and Minnie dried off and Just glad to be back in the warm.
What with the rain yesterday, we only went out in the afternoon for a short stroll up and down the road.
I have discovered, that if I have my phone in my pocket whilst on the exercise bike, it seems to still measure the activity on the health app as steps and distance.
As usual for Friday, lunch with my daughter at Morrisons, and her place for dinner this evening.
Cat duty for me Sunday and Monday mornings.

I saw the sun and still can. But it is still freezing out. I thought they said it was getting warmer. They are telling porkies.
I thought that I was going to be on cat duty this weekend, but daughter and family did not go away as her FIL is not well again. His dialysis machine is playing up, so SIL has got to take him to hospital this morning.
I have to go to get my new very expensive hidden in ear hearing aid, this morning.
Then as my bank is not open on a Saturday, I shall use the services of the post office to do what I have to do.

Up early, making a start on the busy day ahead. Dropping Holly off to her carer around 10, won’t see her then till next Saturday afternoon. 
Then I will come home, change bed linen, hoover, shower, and get off to find a car vac to clean the boot, get petrol, (most likely at Tesco) have lunch out, Tesco or Harvester, or even the carvery, come home, do another small clothes wash, and then stay indoors to pack.
Hoping I can watch Endeavour all the way through this time, or even some of Crufts. (She barks noisily at any dog/animal on telly, even the ones that are not real, 
).
Sounds a busy day again Jan, hope it all goes to plan and here’s wishing you a pleasant trip this week.
Easy day for us, just calling in to see Mum before going to daughter’s for lunch. Nothing else planned.

The sun has got its hat on, but I am not coming out to play.
I am just hoping that it is the end of the horrible weather.
Sunny and warm out.
I had to take the street camera down earlier to charge it up. Later I shall put it back when charged. It’s a ladder job.
I got my new hearing aid yesterday. It took some time to sus it out and get rid of the feedback that I was hearing.
It is small. If it was to get dropped in the long grass, it would not be found.
Nothing yet planed for today, only might go on Amazon to look for another phone. Might get the iPhone X. Refurbished of course.
