Morning all, cold here again but no frost thank goodness…
Just back from the Tesco shop and contemplating the day ahead, which may also include some garden planning, and maybe even some planting…

Oh I love the planning process. I often visualise myself in the walk in greenhouse which has yet to be assembled, or the shed, which has yet to be chosen/bought. And dog with me, enjoying the sunshine.

Good morning all.
It is cold, frosty, and the sun is trying its hardest to warm up things.
I am not going out so early to do the cat duty. I shall go just after 9 when the school traffic is done.
Then from there, I will go to Sainsbury’s for my bit and pieces.

Done my first walk with Minnie. Frosty but does not seem so cold.
I had a message from my Dr surgery, and have to make an appointment regards my so called diabetes?
Also they want me to do a blood pressure test both morning and evening. They think that is high from the readings that I sent.
Just done one and it was. 125/57 pulse 69. And that is after I just done my Minnie walk of .67 of a mile. Is that bad or is that bad? I don’t think so.
Waiting for a bread to finish, and then got to go to the post office to tax my car.
Morning Emjay, morning all, drizzly here but no frost so no complaints.
Just a trip to the vet for Oscar’s booster and Ibe doing pie and mash for lunch. No other plans, just depends on the weather later…

Just finishing my greetings on social media, then will get Holly out. I have showered, (normally I have to wait till later in the day for bathroom to warm up, argh), dressed and got the black bin out in the alley. It won’t go out now for 4 weeks, as I am away during the next collection. I’d best keep my rubbish down.

Yes, my coat got very wet on dog walk. Currently over the airer, dehumidifier going beside it, and a low heat on rads. Towel dried (clean one) the fluffy bit on the hood, that gets soaked. Want to wear it to the cafe.
Might take the car and then go straight to the retail park after. From tomorrow I can no longer do the short cut. The junction will be closed off while a new roundabout is constructed for the new bridge crossing. This will last 6 months, so will have to go the long way round.
That’s a long time.
English workers I suppose.
Maybe, but new roads need to be built off it to the bridge. Let’s hope they finish earlier. I’m looking forward to the new bridge opening. How quickly will I be able to get to Asda, Dunelm and McDonalds.

Off out to Gorleston this morning, need to get a few things.
I received an Easter card yesturday already, its another 5 weeks yet.

Morning everyone, drizzly here at the moment but forecast heavy rain later which, I must admit, is very welcome after such a dry spell.
Off shortly to visit Mum, then a trip to The Range to exchange some lights that were faulty, and may have a quick look around their garden centre while we’re there.

Off to the Wednesday coffee and chat group later. I am taking a lady from down the road there to see if she likes it. She messaged me on the road’s WhatsApp, when we were talking about activities for us wrinklies.
Who is a plonker? Yes me. I went to do the car tax yesterday, can’t do it said the lady, because you ain’t got a MOT. 
. It ran out in October.🫢 Organised that for tomorrow.

I thought the change of car had gone through but obviously it hadn’t. Received a gentle reminder from the police by letter, lol.

We met a few weeks ago for coffee & cake. It was ok but I found her very reserved.
Anyway - I’ll see how it goes. We plan on discussing a future walk together…
This afternoon it’s shopping with Tony & maybe a walk round the park.
I’m feeling super excited because I’ve managed to get a new window cleaner. He’s charging me £10 which isn’t bad.
I have a hiding place for the window cleaners money as I’m often not in. I’ve been letting him know that…

Enjoy, Carol. My w/c charges £9, and he calls round every 2 months. I have to be home when he is here to unbolt the back gate and shut it when he leaves. Need to be sure it is secure before letting Holly out. I usually do a bank transfer for him, and sometimes before he even leaves.
A very busy day ahead. Meeting the gardener at the allotment at 10.30. Will supervise his rotavating. Might fill up some raised beds while I’m there. Then the bloke who delivers the pallet collars messaged me yesterday to say he can come today with my new order, and so I am expecting him before midday. Then it’s home to shower, walk dog then leave her again for my half price Toby carvery with sis. Might be cutting it a bit fine but if I just let Holly in the garden for a wee, then walk her when I am home…

Again it is cold out. At least it is not muddy as the ground is frozen.
Plans for today.
Cleaning lady comes from 10-12, taking car at 1245 for MOT. Then if it passes, don’t know why it won’t, as I will check most things first, I shall go to the post office to do the tax.
Going to do my blood pressure soon. I expect it might be a bit higher, as I had a bad night. (Thanks to Minnie).
