Texted w/c, said we have to reschedule, so I could get my washing in the sun. He reckoned he was on his way but I said too late for me. What with taking Holly out for a last minute wee, and wanting to secure my gate after him, there was no time. I am leaving any minute for my appt.

Yesturday afternoon, a Holiday Maker came Face to Face with a Nudist, she came back with a very Red Face and said never again is she going down there, he tried making a conversation with her and she didnât know where to put her eyes.

Hi everyone, nothing special for me today save for Mum and eldest daughter here for lunch, and then I may have to shop for a new suit for a funeral next week.

Sun shining but a chill in the wind. I need a new coat for this sort of weather. All my other coats are rain ware, or winter. The one I have is well past itâs sell by date.
Going to get my new glasses at about 0930-1000. Then going by bus to my friends. Later we will walk to my daughter as I have mentioned, she lives very close to my friends flat.

Her favourite auntie is coming over to use my computer, she needs to sort out home insurance. Then I wonât see her for over a week. She is off to London Saturday, then Devon next week with her daughter and family.

Cloudy and cold in my part of the country.
Waiting for a phone call from my friend to tell me that she is on the bus. So I then go and meet her.
Got a bread in the maker and should be finished about 10am.
Also plan to go to Sainsburyâs for lunch of double eggs and chips twice and two teas. ÂŁ7. Cheap or what?

Just the Friday church concert for me lunchtime. I might take the car, then go off to PaH after, see if they have had a delivery of dog biscuits. (Will check Holly on the camera, see if she is settled.)
We were out at 7, tried to go back to bed after a cuppa, but she wanted a fuss after a short while. I was on my back, she scrambled over and kept standing on my boobs! A 7.5 kilo dog is no joke. Argh. I ended up having to get out of bed and forego that lie in.

Again it is overcast and dull looking. Not cold though.
Nothing yet planed for today. As usual for a Saturday morning, the laundry is doing itâs merry thing.
My friend should be coming here again later.
Could I live without a car? Well yesterday we walked to Sainsburyâs for lunch and a little bit of shopping. I now go to my friend by bus, got my bus pass, and she comes here also by bus. Parking at times can be a problem at her end. It is 2 different bus rides but they are frequent. Let someone else take the strain.

Just back from a nice walk with the dogs, after coffee Iâll be cleaning the bathroom and this afternoon Iâll be helping my daughter move some of her dental equipment into storage. Phew, Iâm tired out already âŠ

I have housework to do, if I can muster up the energy. Inside of windows to clean, (outside will be done next week if w/c doesnât clash with my plans again), and hoovering.
Yes thanks @Jazzi , sheâs just got some radiotherapy to have, and then all she needs to do apparently is to take hormone therapy for the next ten years and have an annual review to check her over. Looks like her life will return to something like normal very shortly then, and we are so immensely grateful to all the doctors and clinicians that have made that possible, where would we be without them.
Barry, Iâm glad all is going well for her.
I know when my brother completed a lot of prostate cancer treatment, he wrote to the local paper, praising the nhs. He hasnât finishedâ but is on a long guinea pig trial, of some sorts. I can never understand him! (Neither can my older sister.)
