There should be an edit mode on your photo gallery @Emjay , where you should be able to reduce the size of your shot. This program does it to me sometimes, but I find I don’t have to reduce the picture by much to make it workable…

I’ve lot’s planned for today.
First we’re picking Ady & Paula up at12.00 & going out to lunch with them. Ady is still incapacitated with a strained neck & shoulder & can’t drive at all.
At 2.00 pm we drop Paula off at Kings Mill Hospital where she starts training for a new job of Ward care assistant.
Then time to drop Ady off at home so he can have a quiet rest. Tony & I are then meeting Josh from school & taking him to ours for an overnight stay. That will be fun - I won’t be getting a sit down until 10.00pm but I love having him.
I should sleep well tonight.

My daughter and her lot are just arriving on the IOW. For a few days. (I can track them on my phone).
All I have to do this morning is to go to the chemist in Morrison to pick up my meds.

@carol it was at Kings Mill hospital I went for a follow up appointment from Newark Hospital , when I broke my leg . I prefer the smaller Hospitals to the bigger ones .
I plan to collect my Repeat Prescription and hopefully book in for a Flu Jab , I had two text messages while i was away to come and have it done at the Surgary …

After a very tiring day yesterday - running my family about in the car. (My son can’t drive due to pulled muscle in shoulder) and looking after my autistic grandson after we met him from school. I just want to potter about today.

Morning all, heavy rain overnight but cleared now and is a decent forecast for the rest of the day.
Having to stay in today as we have a mechanic coming to fix the driver’s window on our Peugeot, which fell into the door last week when the motor broke.

I am planing to get a bus to the ‘Mount’, my local shopping area. The bus stop is almost at the end of my road. So no problem walking there.There are a few things that I need to get.

Might have sister popping round today to look at family tapes I’d found. Especially her children when quite young. Also have me and my parents and our two cockatiels. And in another clip, my dad’s sister and brother with their other halves, and my cousin. Just lovely seeing them younger, well, and alive in one case.
I do want to cook my roast as a lunch though so might have to tell her to come round later.

I did a walking total of 2.5 miles yesterday. My shopping expedition ended with nothing that I wanted to get. None of the shops had them.
Although I did get more batteries for my hearing aid from Scrivens that supplied my hearing aid. NHS of course.

Morning all.
Managed to dodge the rain last night (it had stopped for a bit) and our walk only went up my road. Yay! So that was just after 9, and I sat reading, or watching IKEA - how do they do it, till 11. Then madam seemed to want out about 1.30, so I opened the back door, she looked out at the rain and thought better of it. She hasn’t asked since and is still napping.
Bit of a drama yesterday with sis’s boiler, but I managed to get someone round to do a temp fix. She can only switch on to run a bath then must switch off again, as it needs a new pressure sensor. He may get the part today, or she may have to wait till Wednesday.
I will shoot off to the retail park as early as is possible (I cannot rush in the mornings), then sis may or may not come round to me today, to watch old tapes, showing her children when young.

It was raining when I got up at 7, but it soon stopped. Just back from the stroll around the fields with Minnie.
Shortly I have to go to the chemist in Morrison to try and get the repeat prescription sheet that was not in the bag when I collected the meds on Friday.
Then to Sainsbury’s for some shopping. Also going to fill up the car with petrol at Sainsbury’s as I have a voucher for 4p off a litre, that runs out soon.
Sue said to me last night “how about a reversal of our bedtime activities?”
I said “OK I have a headache”.
