On Friday I went to the Coast around Hunstanton for the weekend , we had a lovely relaxing time walking on the Beach Driving round and eating Fish and chips . The weather was Good and accomadation was Brilliant , I took a few Photos, Have a wonderful day .

Morning everyone, just back from Tesco and having a brew before deciding what’s next. Nothing much on my list so I may nip up to see my mum for an hour whilst Rosemary cooks lunch, and as it looks like being a nice day with lots of sunshine I may even find a job in the garden later…

Good morning everybody.
I’ve got a stay at home day today. I was going to my aqua fit class but had to cancel it.
I have had to fill one of those stupid e-consult forms in for Tony.
He has very painful gout & had almost run out of the medication he takes for it.
Upon completion of the form it told me I would get a phone call from the doctor before 6.00pm on Tuesday 11th October.
Today is going to be a no go then & tomorrow as well maybe!!
I shall busy myself with housework & garden while poor Tony rests with ice pack on his toe.

Quite late this morning, but it don’t really matter.
Just back from the morning walk with Minnie.
I am going to do my weekly shop at Sainsburys shortly, as I have changed my day, as I have other things planed for the rest of the week.
Tuesday morning is the short mat bowls club. Wednesday is the coffee and chat group. Clear for Thursday and Friday at the present.
Got an appointment to see the specialist that chopped my knee about later this afternoon.

I hope it eases soon Jan, that’s rather a long time to have a headache… 
Stress, Barry. That’s all, thanks. I was fine till my sis came round Sunday, wanting me to to sort out the DVDs I’d copied for her children. Nothing went right.
