What a glorious sunny day , it started out this way yesterday and late afternoon it went all grey , so much so I thought someone had lit a fire .
Hoping today stays sunny .
Im keeping out the heat as been advised by Medics though.I shall get someone to pick my repeat up .
Hope those ill among us and in pain can rest .
I shall make sure the Birds have plenty to drink , they were in and out batheing and drinking yesterday , and i manage to snap a Goldfinch, If you look hard enough you can just make it out .

Ive only seen this one pair in my garden and its just for the water , I have fat balls out though which ive not seen them on ., I may get some sunflower hearts .
Iām still feeling washed out but slightly better. Today I have put some washing in the machine & when itās done I will peg it out.
That will be my achievement for today.
Ady had taken Tony for a ride out so he will be having a nice day. Itās been awful for him really living me feeling so poorly. He hasnāt known what to do with himself. However I must fight harder to recover - Iāve got my hot air balloon flight on Monday. Donāt want to miss that!!
I am resting after my walk to the retail park. Just two of us, and we stopped in Morrisons for a drink before our stroll home. Glad I did it and may try again on my own. Plenty of people using the track, I was just a little concerned about safety. Saved a fortune on car expenses. With petrol at these prices?? I can also get a bus to Tesco, or into town, but for Asda or Aldi I do need the car.
Sitting by the bedroom window, with my cuppa. The sun is behind hazy clouds right now so not too hot on me. Seagulls are making a racket.
Not sure what I will get up to. I have a library visit planned, lots of books to return, but that can be done any day. I should, I suppose, rest after yesterdayās marathon walk to the retail park.
I might get the dog out before it gets too warm. For the past couple of days she has foregone her lunchtime walk for nearer 4, or 5pm.

My windows are flung open wide to let the earley morning fresh air in , Im not looking forward to the 30c this afternoon ,I have plenty of fans to put on , but I find them noisy.
I gave the Garden and Pots a good soak last night a couple of Cosmos were drooping , they look fine this morning .
I have a food delivery this morning and Ive treated myself to Magnums ,knowing it was going to be a scorcher of a day .
I shall have to restrict myself to one a day , but you know how it is when you find something moorish.
Well have a wonderful day and keep drinking the water and stay in the shade .
Got the dog out quite early, now in my garden, having breakfast al fresco. However, the man has turned up next door (prior to getting kids off to school and nursery), so now some chatting going on. I will finish my coffee then check on the clothes wash. Should be ready to hang out soon.

Good morning all and what a difference in Temps , noticably cooler . And here I am wearing shorts , should have worn these yesterday , but decided on a skirt .May have to change later if its no warmer .
So yesterday I tried to keep to just one Magnum , but when I opened the box , I couldnāt believe how they have shrunk to half the size .
Well I was very naughty and had one from each box , but as the size was smaller , I told myself I was really only having one .
Ive no plans for today , and rain is forcast so Im going to continue on with sorting through Photos , and Birthday Cards which date back 20+ years ,
Some things I can let go of and others go back in the loft .

It donāt seem to be cooler here. Still perspiring quite freely.
Rather later than usual. Only doing one laundry wash.
Been out with Minnie and also took my camera. Nothing seen today that was worth taking a recording of.
My knee is extra painful today, so that means rain is on its way.
Well that what the saying was of old.
Iām still feeling a bit washed out following my gastric illness last week & sorry for myself for missing my holiday at Weymouth. Nothin much seems to be going right for me at the mo.
Today my ambition is to get out of bed & go to our nearby town to order a new tumble dryer.
While there weāll have a walk through the woods.
Thatās it for the day. The rest of the time I will be resting. I have never felt so debilitated.
My Metatone tonic arrived yesterday. lets hope it peps me up a bit.

Loverly drop of rain late yesterday. Most welcome.
Just back from the daily stroll with Minnie.
I saw the family of foxes again, and there was an extra one, so that makes it 5. No pictures as the cricketers were arriving and the foxes will soon vanish.
I also saw the other one that I call speedy at the other end of the big field. I donāt know how fast it was going, but it really can shift.
Nothing yet planed for today so will just let it happen.
