Aren't you glad now that we left the EU?

So how can you resist supporting it, then? :017:

Iā€™m even getting on my own nerves now. I think Iā€™d better log out. :slightly_smiling_face:

Re Inflation,

Has anyone mentioned Greta?

Sheā€™s got a lot to answer for.

A lot of the manufacturing lockdowns were overseas (as well as here), such as chip manufacturers. Look at how the lack of chips for cars has increased the second hand prices of them (one example).

I donā€™t know about overseas, but the chip shop up the road from me stayed open throughout the lockdown.

Here in London, No.10 continued to party, as did millions of antivaxxers, piss-up Aussies, ravers & all. London Transport continued to do business as did the big city money machine. It was definitely: one rule for them and another rule for them. Makes you proud, we got through it.

Socialist tax policies
You must be joking .

Donā€™t you since when has the Tory party been the party of cutting taxes other than those which benefit themselves and their well off colleagues.

high taxes big state is socialist policies.

Do you think the conservative party are cutting taxes Muddy ? If you donā€™t your agreeing with me.

Corporation tax, personal taxation has been lower under the conservatives than labour historically until now. We have (under a Boris Johnson / Rishi Sunak conservative government) the highest taxes since the 2nd world war.

Only a socialist would who doesnā€™t pay tax would be clapping their hands at this statistic.

Donā€™t forget the piss ups in Davos last year, where facemasks were only put on when the cameras were about and the piss ups and curry evenings Starmer had.

Mark Drakeford was disco dancing at his party in Wales and Sturgeon was breaking social distancing and lock down rules with her facemask charade. Meanwhile Sky News who kept telling us what to do and pumping the covid propaganda had presenters Burley, Rigby and Coates partying all over the country as well.

And donā€™t forget the NHS having cakes around the nurses stations and creating and choreographing tictok dances and putting them all over the internet when they should have been ā€œsaving livesā€.

What a farce.

Socialism is what we badly need right now. The state should work for everybody, not just the well off. :face_with_monocle:

Socialism fails every time.

What socialist country would you like the UK to be like ?

Utopia. :slightly_smiling_face:

You donā€™t know then

Okay then, clever clogs, whatā€™s the right answer? :102:

Iā€™m not a socialist - your asking the wrong person.

You have a choice though, Venezuela, Cuba etc ?

Which one would you like the UK to be like ?

Which has the better weather; Venezuela or Cuba?
