When was the last time you splashed out and bought her a decent piece of jewellery such as a ring? Does she has an eternity ring … there are some splendid ones around; just make sure you buy the right size😉

I suggest a repeat performance of your “Getting Engaged”.
That would include Best Suit, large bunch of Flowers, getting on your knees, asking the question again, handing over a new ring and then a trip to where you, originally, went, or something close.
It might be about a birthday, but a “thanks for marrying me” event will be well received.
