Aberavon 10 Newport 17…
Furry is happy…
Are they a top team these days?I remember they used to be good in the 70’s with Shell and Bevan.
We’ve beaten them five times in a row…three in Port Talbot and last years Cup Final.
All tough games.
They defend well but are a bit limited in attack.
Mid table Premiership side.
Like us trying to get into fourth place for the playoffs.
Relying on other teams results.
She was famous down there in her day,
For some reason the video will not load but Mrs.Mainwaring was famous!

** Warren Gatland has made six changes to his Wales team to face Italy as the men in red bid to avoid the Six Nations wooden spoon.
Louis Rees-Zammit is named on the bench, with Liam Williams returning at full-back and Josh Adams and Rio Dyer completing the back-three. Owen Williams retains the No. 10 jersey, but Rhys Webb gets the nod to start at scrum-half.
Mason Grady and Joe Hawkins continue in midfield together.
Ken Owens captains the side from hooker alongside Wyn Jones and Tomas Francis in the front row, with Adam Beard and Dafydd Jenkins packing down behind. Jac Morgan, Justin Tpuric and Taulupe Faletau comprise the back-row.
Italy, meanwhile, make just one change to the side that lost in Dublin as they go in search for their first Six Nations win in Rome since 2013, with Tommaso Allan replacing the injured Ange Capuozzo.
