You know, those ‘concentration camps’ where the ‘inmates’ are provided with food, shelter, clothing, cigarettes, phones, computers, flat-screen TVs, microwaves, airconditioning, schools, hospitals and
absolute freedom to wander beyond the gates at any time.
Not ideal, lots of problems with the system, particularly kids.
