Oh my gosh, I just did the hello wordl game (where you can play more than once in a day). I got the answer in 2 goes!

Is that a phone app, or on a web browser? I play Wordex on my phone, which you play over and over as many times as you like!

There isn’t an easy or a hard mode. Are you playing the right game?
Incidentally, if anyone is thinking of playing today’s game and hasn’t already done so, I suggest you read back through the past dozen posts as they’ll give you all the clues you can possibly want!

Go into the settings cog at the top
And the it gives you options for the settings you can use

Yes, you’re right. My apologies.
According to the display, the ‘hard game’ states: “Any revealed hints must be used in subsequent guesses”. I’m not quite sure about this as I always make use of any hints provided in my subsequent guesses.
Is there anything else which makes the hard game ‘harder’?
No, I don’t think so. It just makes it harder for people like me who use the two random words with lots of vowels in at the beginning technique! 
No - only one per day. Probably just as well - if there were site full of them I’d never be out of there!!

Jeez - that was hard going! I was totally stuck and working my way through the alphabet for that one!
That’s a word I haven’t used since Twin Tubs were invented! 
What’s all this about different modes? It took me a few goes to work out what I was supposed to be doing - I’m not sure I can cope with different modes as well!
