The reason I thought some of the Complaints may be from Americans is that the example grid they showed for todays word showed a guessed word that I very rarely see used in UK - it was a word I only recently learned the meaning of and it’s an American slang word.
Oh yes, I saw that word in the example, but didn’t investigate. I just did, and yes it’s described as ‘North American informal’
