I don’t actually know…in Scotland its “shots” but I don’t like using that.

I prefer “go” or “goes”.

"I had a few goes!
“I had a few gos”

Yes its a verb, “goes” just reads better to me. “gos” just makes me think of goslings :bird: :flushed: Its like try or tries I suppose.

I haven’t had enough coffee to think about this properly :joy:

Goes is one of those funny ones that can mean both the act of going and having more than one go. :+1:

Yes I did find them easier. I think the popularity of it all has made them throw in some words which aren’t quite as common. I certainly haven’t used today’s word in any conversation this week at all!

3 today. Started on old WORDLE but it changed to NY Times later today and wiped my guesses out.

I still can’t figure out how to get these coloured charts up like the rest of you! :face_with_hand_over_mouth:
