Windows media player 4K video codec update

I see Windows media player has now added a codec for 4k videos. So at least now it is possible to do a quick footage review of 4K videos, but it is not an editing suite

Also Wondershare Filamore have released their latest version 13.1.8

You must be the only person on the planet that uses Windows Media Player.

What’s wrong with it? If it comes by default then a lot of people are probably using it.

I’m on the Mac and the built in QuickTime Movie player is fine, or for formats it doesn’t support I used VLC:

You’ve answered your own question.

I use VLC too it also works well on my Android TV in combination with my server.

Just because a lot of people use VLC there are probably a lot, probably a lot more who use WMP - just because it’s built into windows :upside_down_face:

Bruce lay off the kangaroo juice, I never said I use wmp. I have other editing programs
