As far as alcohol is concerned I am teetotal.
As far as tea goes I am teatotal, since trying to drink it white without sugar.
Mine is coffee, white with half a spoon of sugar, two cups a day maximum,.

Gosh Baz, you are doing well…tea without sugar is nice once you get used to it. I couldn’t do it with coffee though, I need a wee spoonful in there.
i like my sugar with a splash of coffee
Thanks PixieKnuckles …
I just couldn’t drink tea without sugar, it tasted awful. I tried a lot of different kinds, even my regular Yorkshire Tea was not tasting as it used to. That might have been due to cutting a lot of sugar out generally. It was important to cut down on sugar at the time, due to a diagnosis of being overweight and pre-Type 2 diabetic. After beating that I decided coffee, white or black was the option for me.
Coffee. providing it’s wet and warm, I’ll have it any way going - but no sugar. It took me ages to wean myself off sugar and if I now have anything with it, there’s a good chance I’ll be sick.
If I’m feeling posh, I’ll go a Starbucks or Costa latte, provided it’s not to strong, usually accompanied by something disgusting covered in chocolate.
I prefer a flat white
I managed to give up sugar in tea and coffee in less than a week. I just stopped then I think it only took a few days to get used to both tea and coffee without it, I was surprised how quick I got used to it and now tea or coffee with any sugar is undrinkable.
My daughter is the same, Bruce, she drinks coffee with milk no sugar. I have used sweeteners for years now, but I can drink coffee without if I have to.
I like flat white as well.
Now, I can’t stand this drink. Like a latte, it’s far too anaemic for my taste.
I do not take sugar with my tea or coffee. In fact, I got used to drinking tea without milk or lemon when I worked in Malaysia.
I can’t handle my coffee unless it’s the color of dark caramel. I enjoy tasting the coffee.
I drink tea when hubby has one because he doesn’t like coffee and it’s Tetley’s tea bags.
I like to drink instant coffee when I want a drink and hubby doesn’t or if I’m by myself and that’s a Sainsbury’s own brand, but I don’t have it strong just with a quarter teaspoon and they’re both decaffeinated. We both have milk no sugar.
I drink more tap water than anything else. For many years we bought a number of 5 litre bottles of “Still Natural” from Tescos every week, but have kicked the habit.
You cant drink too much tap water here…high minerals and can give you stones for sure…Bottled can be very cheap though…just need to be aware of your area’s supply…
Tea Black no sugar very weak
Coffee Americano Black not too strong no sugar
Lemon tea is refreshing in the fair weather times Summer
can see myself now, sitting in the new style Coffee Bar in Katherine Street Croydon in the 60’s…It arrived in a tall glass with a tea bag on a string and a lemon either sliced and squeezed or on a string as well
I don’t drink water unless it is diluted with something nice (beer, tea, coffee etc). Fish do unspeakable things in water.
looking very cool no doubt Dianne especially with that gorgeous hubby of yours
Memories…
Coffee and Starbucks? In the same sentence? Nah - that doesn’t work!
