What is your favourite colour?

I suppose it depends on where/how it is used.
I also quite like blue. My current car is a metallic blue.
But I can’t imagine that on my dog.

What has a dog got to do with it, sorry I don’t get that?

Purple always reminds me of Christmas when I was a child. My Nan took me to see Father Christmas and I remember the trees decorated in purple decorations. I see it as a happy colour.

When the grandkids were little I used to say to them

I have been told that my father’s grandmother, who died in the 30s, was colour blind. Apparently if men are colour blind they have trouble with red and green, whereas if a woman is colour blind, which is much rarer, she has difficulty distinguishing a lot of different colours. When she wished to darn socks, for instance, someone had to pick out the colour of wool she required, as she couldn’t do so herself.
