Pasta, without a doubt, so versatile!
Spicy pan fried chorizo too, goes very well with the pasta :yum:

I like the thin spaghetti, got to be the quality stuff that’s a bit sticky when at the almost cooked stage. Drain & throw straight into a tomato/onion/garlic sauce. Cheese on top.

I bet you can’t guess what I cook the most?
Actually, I haven’t been cooking pasta much recently as I’ve been experimenting with whole-grains as a substitute, due to my low-sodium low-cholesterol diet. It’s amazing how many tasty dishes you can make with barley, farro, quinoa, ecc.
My son’s not too pleased, I often cook two different dishes. :grinning:

Stir-fries  Making a stir-fry is an easy way to prepare a balanced meal (vegetables + meat/fish)

My diet is fairly simple (as is my cooking), usually cabbage / potatoes, veggies, beans and /or rice, combination of the above. Love beef, but only eat on occasion , rice is very versatile, can be used with / in most any dish / combination.

I have never had Chicken Alfredo. :chicken: Can you tell me what it is, please?

Hiya Sandra and welcome to the forum!
You’ll find a a well stocked pantry here. I’m rather partial to Parmesan myself, freshly grated of course :slightly_smiling_face:

I like the look of the vegetarian chilli Annie!
Some years back I made some guacamole, much frantic scraping of avacados if I remember correctly.
