I love the music of Adam Hurst. He’s a classical cellist & acoustic guitarist in my home of Portland, Oregon. I own every album he has made.
Joan Baez is one of my favorite singers of all times. I own quite a collection of her work. I was sad to buy her latest album: Day After Tomorrow and listen to how her beautiful voice has deteriorated over the years. She had no ceiling when she was young. It makes me wonder if there were health issues involved. If you go to Amazon’s MP3 site at:
you can hear a bit of that album and hear her present voice.
Cee Lo Green - Bright Lights , Bigger City .
Not my usual kinda music , but then I do have quite an eclectic taste
A bit of a departure from my usual fare.
This is an extraordinary video that has so many elements to it.
It combines some great camera work with some thought provoking imagery and caps it off with a thumping good tune.
It is by: 30 Seconds To Mars

I’m actually listening to the praise & worship team warm up before the 9:00 service at church. It’s quite entertaining.
Listening to the new album, her first, released yesterday by Jackie Evancho. She’s the 10 year old with the operatic voice of an angel. Her album is incredible.
New Order - Blue Monday
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
(its on the radio at the moment - nice song)
Good taste Aerolor, If you want another listen I posted a vid of it earlier (post 127)
Thank you Hammer.
This is a sombre piece from Denez Prigent and also features the gifted Karen Matheson.
It is about the Holodomor, the manmade famine that was inflicted on Kiev back in the 1930’s.The estimated loss of human life was put at four million.
