I mostly have a proper dinner at lunchtime these days and today it was Pukka pie, a baked potato and broccoli. Two small oranges.

Waitrose Chicken Livers

Onion, garlic, chopped root ginger softened in olive oil.
Raise heat, throw in a packet of Chicken Livers, char. Dust with flour, add an Oxo dissolved in a cup of water. A little balsamic vinegar.
