Lunch was roast ham and beetroot sarnies with a bag of lightly sea-salted crisps and a Jazz apple. Dinner will be chilli con carne.

I did indeed make a spicy chickpea curry with homemade flat bread. It was delicious. I would have saved you some if only you’d said…!

Chicken curry made with a jar of Hot Karahi Cooking Sauce. Some courgette chunks thrown in as well. Boiled rice with Pilau Rice flavouring added.
