I was at the office today so lunch was two boiled eggs, cheddar cheese cubes, 1 piece of salami and a few baby spinach leaves with a little hot tomato pesto. It was really yummy but expensive!
Next time, I pack lunch!
Duck breast, mash with leeks, gravy and some roast potatoes maybe may sound odd but very enjoyable I hope
Not very hungry tonight, so just having an onion soup with croutons and cheese.
Still reducing freezer and fridge stuff.
Today I think cauliflower cheese and something just not sure what the something is yet. Picked up a Guinea Fowl from Sainsburys as a change for tomorrow.
Skipped breakfast and lunch today.
Iâm making a Shepardâs/cottage pie with a lovely green salad for dinner. And since Iâm on hols, a few gin and dry lemon drinks to wash it all down.
Iâm batch cooking some rather delicious pasta sauce.
Itâll be destined for the freezer in small but readily available freezer bags.
My son will be baking some banana bread this evening.

Making Shepherdâs Pie for dinner.
Mince lamb with broth and shredded carrots. Mashed potatoes, onions and cheese on top. In the oven 15 minutes.
Sunday, turkey roast, roasted potatoes and veggie mixed, steamed with turkey gravy.
Monday nightâs dinner, rack of ribs, plus fluffy fried rice.
Tuesday, taking in delivery of new fridge/freezer and food will be stuff defrosted lol!

Tinned tomatoes on toast with a fried egg.
Steak & Kidney pudding and Vegetables.
Chicken Breasts, Roast Potatoes, Stuffing, Swede, Carrots, Gravy.
Breaded chicken breast with oven chips and baked beans for both of us and the boys will have some chips.
Now thatâs not very healthy Spirfire!!!
