Luncheon = Homemade Tomato and Celery Soup, with focaccia topped with tomatoes and olives - also homemade.
Dinner = fresh mackerel (cooked in butter and lime juice) with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and mashed potato.

Being that its a Sunday, it’ll be our usual Sunday roast and I’ve already seen to the spuds and put the beef dripping into the spud pan. It’s beef today so it’ll be extra helpings for me …yay!
Lunch - Homemade Carrot and Ginger soup, with crusty rolls.
Dinner - Chicken and Mushroom casserole, with baked potato, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
Pudding - Fresh fruit salad made with Mango, Pineapple, Strawberries, Pomegranate , Apples, Passion Fruit and Physalis.
mmm, I think I will forget about my dinner today and pop around to ST’s for dinner instead.
