today we had prawn and salmon salad

Sweet & Sour chicken stir fry With rice.

Oh gawd it was make pig of myself today…well it is my Birthday!:-DI went to this huge Indian Restaurant where for a set amount of money you go and help yourself to whatever you want.There’s over 60 Dishes to choose from and then go back as many times and to make things even worse they have some great desserts and Mr.Whippy on tap where you also help yourself and go back as many times as you want…im stuffed to say the least!:blush::wink:

Bonny, I’m only 5ft tall and 7½ stone in weight and believe me, what I had was a gracious sufficiency. As to black or white pudding. MEGA-YUK! I may be a Lancashire lass, but there’s no way I’d eat black pudding that’s full of blood and guts! {{We need a sicky smiley on here}}. :mrgreen: I couldn’t have managed chips as well either. :slight_smile:

Am very cheap to keep if anybody would like to feed me for a week! :mrgreen:

Bonnie darlin’ - there’s an Indian Restaurant just down the road from me - it serves Dosa 1ft long - think spring roll with all the curried meat and potatoes wrapped inside - absolutely delicious - and that’s just the ‘starters’.

this evening we are having roast beef with all the usual bits to go with it :slight_smile:

Kitty darlin’ - same here - except I’m having Xmas pud and custard for a ‘sweet’.

I have just made several gallons of my soup chicken and vegetable for he that is doing Atkins and leek and potato for me who is not doing very well on the low fat diet. Last night was a gorgeous stir fry for him (Aldi are doing a really lovely stir fry oil for 89p) with prawns, mange tout, green beans and peppers. I had pasta with a green pesto.

Beef stew, cooked in the slow cooker. Been on since 11am:shock: And goodness, is it s l o w ? might be ready for lunch tomorrow :lol:

Mmmmm I always do mine in the slow cooker and then add dumpling’s…double mmmmm lol.:wink:
