I did mushrooms on toast today only me home at lunch and very nice it was too.
Made Chicken Curry, Rice and Samosa.
Did roast potatoes, roast butternut squash, roast cauliflower and a soya/onion patty. with onion gravy.
Marinated Belly of Pork, Roast Potatoes, Dark Greens, Swede, Stuffing, Gravy.
Making a vegetable pie with a cheesy sauce.
Full Sunday Roast - Beef, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions with some gravy.
Having lunch out today so will probably be cake with coffee…
Braising steak that I cooked overnight in my slow cooker. Will have that with some some small new potatoes sliced in half, placed on an oven rack and sprayed with one cal rapeseed oil, then dusted with salt and pepper before cooking for forty minutes at 170C (fan).
Mesquite chicken tonight.

I love Braising steak as well, we had that the other day, but I cook mine in a Casserole dish with lovely gravy for 3 hrs. on 160c. it comes out beautiful.
Today its Roast Chicken and all the trimmings of a Roast.
Bread is in the bread maker smelling wonderful so a bit of that with tomato soup
Lunch slice of quiche with small salad
Dinner…Lasagna with chips and salad
No cooking today, we went out for an Indian instead.
