What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Slow cooker chilli beef with rice, grated cheese and sour cream for us today.

Strawberry ice cream for after

Just had a steak pie with chips. That will keep me going now until 12.45am when I will have a couple of chicken wraps at work.

Tonight will be chicken stir fry, followed by strawberries with creme fraiche.

Today its:

Smoked Haddock, boiled potatoes, broccoli cheese.

Had some of (half) of the Haggis, neeps and tatties yesterday - will finish it up with more neeps and tatties today.

Roast Chicken, cooking in the oven now. with R. Potatoes, Parsnips, Dark Greens & Carrots.

Had to go to podiatry clinic this morning. On my way home had to come past (:shock::shock:) my local pie shop. Obviously I wasn’t able to walk past without stopping, so had a lamb kofta pie (it was delicious !!!) and have a cherry and custard pie awaiting consumption - (Sweetie are you seeing this???)

For lunch a Sainsbury’s quarter pounder, with cheese melted on top, a buttered roll and micro chips. Supper will be a Cumberland pie and I’ll add cheese onto that. Seems I’m having a beef and cheese day.

Today its:

Cheese, Onion & Mushroom Omelette with Oven Chips & Beans.

Quiche and Salad today.

Roast dinner today.

Gammon, R. Potatoes, Parsnips, Broccoli, Carrots, Y. Pudding, Gravy.

Yet another roast beef lunch today. Took joint from my freezer last evening to defrost. what remains of the joint after I’ve carved off several slices will be made into a beef stew and dumplings tomorrow.

Not sure how many peolple are coming to eat with us tonight. Could be 3, 5 or 6, so I’ve made a big Boeuf Bourguinon in the slow cooker. If it’s only 3 of us, I’ll be delighted and will eat the rest tomorrow!

Got sausages defrosting. Pity I have the dog here, I could have got the bbq out! Shingle outside my French door, so space for it, but she would yap to be let out. Damnation.
