What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

1 roast potato, Susie? I must have plenty.

Shall have more of the beef casserole, went out earlier to get some dumpling mix, and will do mashed potato, with added grated cheese. Might do a few peas as well. If I remember, a Sainsbury’s custard doughnut afterwards.

Holly will have fish, rice and peas later.

Cheese and Onion pie with baked beans

Scrambled egg on toast followed by some black grapes.

Out to dinner again this evening - here: https://restaurantsbrighton.co.uk/caxton-arms-pub-brighton/

Cooked some chicken for the pooch and me. She will have plain boiled and boiled rice, I have mine done in the oven with seasoning, and will open up a pouch of micro rice to stick in the frying pan. With peas.

I had a BLT sandwich followed by an apple.

An easy meal tonight. M&S duck legs in orange sauce, chips, green beans and leeks.

Are the ducks M & S use the same type you see in your local pond?

hahaha, you are funny Richard.

We had:

Smoked Haddock, Veg. Stir-fry and Brocolli Cheese.

Hi Jazzi, yes just 1 potato as I don’t really like potatoes, never have done, but also I need to cut my carbs down because it effects my Diabetes a lot.

I cheated, Chinese take away

But late home as had to take the car down for a classic car show tomorrow

And very very nice it was as well, and some tucked away for packed lunch for Monday

Chicken & Chips with Salad

I must go count them next time lol!

Today we are having a small fry-up.

1 Fried Egg.
2 Bacon
1 Sausage
Fried onions
Bakebeans

Today i’m cooking a

Pork Joint, with R. Potato, Cabbage, Carrots & Gravy.

Full Sunday Roast - we’re having roast beef, with all the trimmings.

Not sure about today. Plenty in the freezer, but I just get bored of food and cooking it.

I know the feeling Jazzi, not so much cooking it, its the prep. time that I hate most.

Had to use up some potatoes yesterday so had baked potatoes yesterday and quartered them and gave them a herby crust today with peas and cheese soufflé.

That sounds quite nice Julie.
