Am entertaining a good friend at a local Thai restaurant this evening, so will do a ‘make do’ lunch later on.
I made a big pot of Stovies yesterday, we only ate about half of them so the rest is for tonight. Followed as usual by Himself’s daily dose of Pure White Ice Cream…

Got a few portobello mushrooms so I’m going to do stuffed mushrooms a garlicky mix for two of us and the garlic haters will have an onion and Parmesan mixture.
With vegetable couscous mixture.
And I’m doing an egg custard tart for pudding.
I love garlic Portobello mushrooms.
Only as the foundation of a full english fry up - eggs, bacon, sausages, black pudding, soda bread, potato bread, and baked beans.
Today i’m having:
Plain Cod, Fried circled potatoes and Curly Kale.
Am being magnificently entertained, this evening am off to a local hotel and restaurant for a meal!!

Just some soup for lunch, then probably pasta for tea tonight.
