A slow cooked liver casserole with mixed veg and potatoes
For the past three weeks my doctors have been feeding me steroid tablets (amongst other medication) as a result I’ve been eating myself out of house and home for the past two weeks. Today for instance, had my breakfast as usual around 06.45, since when I’ve had: a banana, a pear, two cereal bars and have just finished eating my lunch (a large plate of chicken curry and rice). may still have some icecream in a while and some sarnies for tea later. Also have choccy biscuits for supper this evening, if necessary.
Glad you are feeling well enough to eat UJ you had me worried there for a few days :!:
Julie darlin’ - I’ve got to be ‘at death’s door’ before I stop eating!!! - have always had a ‘good’ appetite!!!
I know you are overweight UJ but are you also diabetic ?
