Just had Jewish Chicken Penicilian, yummy, took me 1 1/2 hrs to make.

To empty the fridge before I came home took the cheese, butter, onions, mushrooms and eggs added a potato and made a fritata thingy.

Something I’ve missed these last couple of weeks - Fish 'n chips with a couple of pickled onions on the side.
We had a nice piece of Cod with Boiled potatoes, Broccoli, carrots and parsley sauce.
Beans and sausage on toast for tea with fruit and cream for afters.

Feeling a bit under the weather this morning big party after work last night I can’t seem to do the birthday cake, and drinks so easily these days 
so I think I’ll have toast for lunch and do fish fingers chips and tinned spaghetti for everyone else.

Gotta get my ‘flu jab’ done at Surgery this morning. Already had a couple of heavy downpours, if its raining when I come out of Docs, will head straight for bus back up the hill home. However if its fine I may walk round the corner to my lovely pie shop.
