Depends what time I get back from B&Q’s. If it takes a long time I’ll have something at Costa’s.

Im at hospital again today(the liver clinic) so shall probably be having KFC for later.
For evening meal were having a Cottage Pie with the usual cheese and tomato top, ( I always add to the meat some mint sauce for taste ) and Cabbage, Carrots and Peas with lashings of gravy.
We have some Caramel toffee Ice Cream with strawberries to follow…
For lunch, Jewish Chicken Penicillin with cabbage and swede.

Had lentil soup for lunch and will make curry for this evening.
We had home made tomato and lentil soup for lunch.
Dinner will be gammon with eggs, hash browns and tomatoes. Early dinner on a Wednesday as its grandkids day.
