What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Forget the ham…didn’t buy it. Oops.

Now having melted cheese on crumpets with a cup of tea, for lunch.

Cauliflower cheese bake, celeriac, garlic, leeks, mushrooms, parsnips; banana & rice pud

Monday, full English fry-up today.

Tonight maybe Cheese on Toast.

It’ll be the same as yesterday because once I’ve started defrosting something I have to go on eating it till it’s gone.

Vegetable stew with herby dumplings

steak & Kidney pudding, mash and veg. Xmas pudding & Brandy sauce for afters.

We lunched out. Gloucester Old Spot pork loin, dauphinoise with cheese topping, roasted fennel and red onion. Very nice. Slice of lime and zuccini cake and flat while coffee for after.
Mmmm, relax and digest time now :slight_smile:

I had some pork chipolata sausages…then I had 2 vienniese whirls and one lemon French Fancy cake :slight_smile:

Home cooked bolognese with wholemeal spag’

Vegetable Cocido tonight for us.

Today its Chicken Casserole with boiled potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

No idea yet as it depends what weve got in :slight_smile:

On this cold winter’s day am making myself some Venison stew with a Tblsp of Port to enrich the gravy and some curry powder to spice it.

Just had some chicken soup for lunch…possibly some ham with salad for dinner later

Homemade Shepherds Pie, Kale and Carrots.
