What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Mince, potteries and cabbage

Trifle for pudding.

Maybe something on toast, or a corned beef sandwich for lunch.

Either something grabbed from the freezer for supper, or I may pop into a supermarket after I’ve collected sis from the hospital, for quickness.

I am trying to empty the freezer, since I still can’t get a blade of grass in there, now I’ve put in a new pack of onion rings. Now I know she isn’t being discharged till after lunch I’m diving in there now, see what I have. Think it’s mostly chicken and turkey…

Thank you Susie, have posted the recipe

Were having a Beef Stew with Yorkshire Puds… Yummy!

Hi Steve, where is the recipe?

Pork Chop Hotpot:-)

Chips from the shop next door to sis. Earlier I had found a salmon fish cake, which I’d left defrosting. Cooked that but had a crafty chip butty while waiting. Brother’s fault for suggesting it. Lol.

How did my potatoes change into potteries

Still wading through the Turkey stew I made on Monday.

Thanks Steve found it.

Today we are having Vegetable Curry with Pasta shells and some Indian Savouries.

Mince again today will make herby dumplings to go with it and broccoli

Yogurts for pud

2 WW snacks.

What on earth are WW snacks please?

Weight Watchers maybe, Aysa?

WeightWatchers. Because the meeting is at 12.30 to 1.30, and it takes me over an hour each way, and I wanted to go to Homebase on the same day.

Ahh thanks Lila

Bingo Mags

Is that all??? Wouldn’t keep me going for an hour let alone several hours.

Well, I needed something easy and portable. They sell those snacks in the meetings. It was too cold for an outdoor picnic.

Burgers, Pizzas, Kebabs ??? - all portable, or local caff for proper nosh???
