Today: Homemade Shepherd’s Pie and Homemade Oven Chips.

No, Dinosaurs became extinct 250 million years ago, but my local butcher does offer me lots of ‘safari’ meats for my delectation, so maybe I should visit his establishment again in the next few days to collect whatever he has to offer.

Recovering from some kind of bug, I fancied a ginger bikki … yum

Had ‘pub lunch’ whilst in town today - beef stew & mash potatoes - it was delicious!!!

Well, I had mixed veggies and quorn mince for brekkie (odd I know). For lunch I had 2 big baked potatoes. With all this good grub on-board I’m thinking of going for a run.

For this evening’s meal it will probably be more veggies and quorn washed down with some non-alcohol cold Tesco lager.

I had a couple of soft white ham rolls and for after some grapes and a banana

Just had fish in parsley sauce (boil in bag), mash, carrots and peas.

Another ginger bikki for me at the cinema today (yesterday) !!!

I found another restaurant this morning for some breakfast - one I hadn’t been to before - it was a revelation - I had a stack of pancakes with maple syrup topped with blueberries and strawberries - delicious. Am going to a hotel this evening for a ‘special’ meal!!!

Having beefburgers in soft rolls …then some grapes for after

Had Vegetable curry and Pasta for lunch.

Crumpets for supper tonight.

Tomorrow: Sausage Stew.

Knocking up a large batch of vegetable chilli, some tonight with basmarti rice and fresh wholemeal bread.

Found some turkey bits in the local supermarket, greatly reduced :smiley:

Although I’ve given up poultry, I couldn’t resist such a bargain.

Ah well, tomorrow is another day :wink:

So roast beef and all the trimmings for Xmas then Rachel???

We have just had Chilli-con-carne and Pasta.

Dunno UJ … I shan’t decide what I’m doing this Xmas for a good few weeks yet.

Had sum toast for brunch and guess I’ll have to venture out later … nuffink left to eat except BRED

Fish & chips tonight. I prefer a dark beer for making the batter, but I’ve only got light ales. I imagine I’ll survive OK.

Minced beef with carrots onion and garlic done in the slow cooker and then put into a large yorkshire pudding mmm :slight_smile:
