For Lunch we had…
A Pork and Apple sandwich
Its saturday so OH is allowed junk food…
I made the rolls this afternoon and tonigt I will make the hamburgers to go in them … Some onion rings and a dab of homemade relish and OH will be a happy bunny.
It was bacon rolls for brunch. We’ve had cheese and wine whilst watching a film.
Dinner might be a takeaway…
Did a roast chicken with new potatoes and broccoli for the meat eaters had a Portobello mushroom myself.

Morning all.
Today we are having an Indian Take-away, probably Chicken Tikka, Rice, Bombay Pot. Naan.
Tonight Toasted Tea-Cake.
The salad veges are coming on nicely in the polytunnel, so probably a salad for lunch. For dinner it’s roast rib of beef with whatever vegetables are left in/from the garden.
Got some fantastic potatoes (Record) from a local grower, but not sure how I’ll cook them.
Used what was left from yesterday to make a risotto for the meat eaters who like mixed foods, did a cold chicken and rice and peas for the meat eater who likes his separated and a mushroom risotto for me.
No roast today.
Cheese on toast for lunch. Supper might be half of a Sainsburys beef cobbler, and as I now have some ice cream in my cleared out freezer, might have a waffle (or two).
Will finish the cobbler tomorrow (I make it last for 2 servings).
Cook’s changed the menu. (The nerve!). Now sausages, mashed potato, onion, beans and beef gravy.

Chicken Casserole
We are having Beef Casserole today.
Just warming up a Morrisons bbq pork and rice ready meal. Yum.
We’re having my bolognaise and garlic bread for dinner.
I had an ice cream float for lunch. At a garden centre near Loch Lomond. Delicious :-p
Just had cheesy beans on toast, and glugged a fair amount of sugar free Irn Bru! Lovely jubbly.
I love making ice cream floats myself with cream soda, and still do. what drink did you have, Myra?
For Lunch i had… A Chicken Sandwich and a Chicken Cuppa Soup
For Dinner were having… Braised Lamb Chops with Turnip and Carrot Mash, Peas, Baby Boiled jacket Potatoes and Onion Gravy. With a Swish of Mint Sauce…
New potatoes, peas and micro waved to death tomatoes, I had veggie sausages and everyone else had pork apparently they weren’t nice and I am not to buy them again Harry And Jim Pork Sausages yuk was the general reaction 
Homemade goats cheese tartlet from the freezer,
Jersey potatoes with butter and chives,
Tomato salad with basil (Elegance tomatoes are back in Waitrose, they have a lovely flavour)
Dressed green salad .
- Blackcurrants from the freezer with custard
I had lemonade Jazzi and my partner had cola. Gawd they were delicious :-p. I spoke about buying ice cream to make them at home 
I had tuna mayo sandwiches for lunch.
Dinner will be a chicken madras curry.
Fresh Lambs Liver, Cheese & Onion Potato Bake & Peas, in a thick onion gravy. yummy.
Tonight might have a Cornbeef Roll.
