Just had a Fry-up.
Sticky pork ribs, coleslaw & jacket potato.
Lunch was garlic butter and cheese toasty which while rather calorific was delish.
Doing some salmon and veg for dinner for meat eaters and I am having a grilled mushroom and veg.
Lunch was a packed lunch in the park. Tuna mayo and red onion sandwiches.
Dinner is a Chinese Takeaway. My Valentine’s treat :-D:049:
Today we are having Hunters Chicken (Chicken Breasts wrapped in bacon with BQ sauce, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Baked Onion, Brussels & Swede.
Just had a brunch of egg and bacon rolls.
Dinner is cottage pie with vegetables.
Lentil soup for lunch and a spiced chicken (from a recipe in the Tesco magazine) for dinner.
My diet has been pretty bad today. I’ve only had maltesers, whisky and tuna directly from a can. Not sure I’m getting all that my body needs.
Not wanting to cook tonight I had some fresh pineapple, a bowl of ravioli with a cheese filling and a salad.
Did have lager and football… Nice sort of Sunday

Cold ham salad… low fat yogurt & berries for lunch…Tandoori chicken drumsticks and SW chips for dinner.
