Today we had a fry-up.

I just had another 2 bars of chocolate but I didn’t leave enough time since having a big bowl of veggies and baked beans, the result of which was a bloated belly.

For lunch today I had a seeded bread roll with hard boiled egg and I loved every mouthful. Cheap and cheerful

Today we are having Sausage Stew, yummy.
It’ll be brunch for me. Probably egg sandwiches.
Dinner at my partner’s tonight, so don’t know what it is yet.
I’ve been cooking for the freezer all morning,so now sitting down to a big bowl of home made lentil and potato soup with crusty bread,will have the same Tomorrow as it tastes even better the second day :~)
I also made more lentil and potato soup last night. You can’t beat it :-p
We have just had a Roast dinner with Lamb joint.
Its fat Saturday m,eaning we allow ourselves junk food… Tonight is a lamb burger on homemade bread roll with all the trimmings.
Thankfully I have run out of chocolate and booze so from now on only very sensible meals for me.

On our walk we had roast beef and salad rolls.
Dinner was fish and chips.
Today its going to be Hunters Chicken, which is Chicken Breasts wrapped in bacon with BQ sauce, R. Potatoes, B. Onion, Parsnips, Brussels & Swede.
