What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

mmm I love Sambuca.

Today we are having a Fry-up for dinner.

Nothing fancy today - cottage pie and broccoli.

Today we are having Roast Gammon, R. Potatoes, Parsnips, baked onions, Dark Greens & Carrots, gravy.

Lunch is a tuna mayo and red onion toastie.

Dinner is gammon steak with a fried egg on top, chips and peas.

Have had beef casserole for the last two evenings, last night’s with rice and peas. Not sure whether to finish it off tonight or get something from the freezer. Depends on how I feel when I get home.

Today we are having Steak and Kidney Pudding, Boiled Potatoes, Swede, Peas and Gravy.

I’m about to have the same lunch as yesterday. Tuna mayo and red onion toasties.

Lentil and potato soup for dinner tonight.

Liver casserole this evening.

Bought a large cooked chicken in Costco (yes I took my debit card but only spent £8.25…also got a box of disposable gloves), so tonight will be chicken, rice, peas and sweet & sour sauce, done in the frying pan.

No cooking for me today, we are having an Indian take-away with the M.I.L and Rob’s Brother and Sister at lunchtime.

Roast chicken sandwiches for lunch.

Pay day today, so tempted to treat myself to a takeaway tonight ;-):-p

Today it was homemade Lasagna and homemade chips and peas.

Tonight it’s homemade pork & apple burgers with coleslaw and potato wedges.

We have just had a Fry-up.

Tonight its chicken & chorizo paella - Jamie Oliver recipe.

Today it is Roast Gammon and all the trimmings.

No idea what to have for lunch. It’s cold and miserable today, so something ‘comforting’ is called for.

Tonight’s dinner will be slow roast shoulder of lamb, roast tatties + veges.

We had brunch at 11 a.m. Rolls with bacon, egg and tattie scone.

Dinner will be mince and tatties. Haven’t had that in a while.

I just made a pot of soup for lunch during the week. It smells delicious even though I say so myself

I cooked an Aldi’s chicken breast joint with stuffing, steamed broccoli, carrots and turnip, garden peas and boiled potatoes, it made 2 dinners so I’ll have the second serving tomorrow

Sunday roast with really good Yorkshire puddings. I did not know Russian’s could make Yorkshire’s like my old mum used to.
