We just had Chicken Casserole.
We had a chicken sandwich for lunch and we are having home made broccoli and Stilton soup and crusty rolls for our evening meal.
We had a packed lunch break in kelvingrove museum. Ham salad sandwiches and I passed round some shortbread, which went down well.
Dinner will be the local butcher’s Chinese chops with salad and chips.
Today we are having Braising Steak Casserole which is in the oven now, with new potatoes, carrots & Brussels.
Lunch was carrot and butter bean soup with a crusty roll.
Dinner was chicken tikka masala.
Roast Gammon today with R. Potatoes, Parsnips, Cabbage & Swede.
Having lentil and bacon soup, whilst typing this :-p
Not sure what’s for dinner tonight. Might be bolognaise.
We are having a Fry-up today.
Ham salad rolls. Roast chicken dinner.
I have just put into my Slo-Cooker, chicken, carrots,celery,onion , mushroom , red lentils and some porage oats for a nice creamy taste.
That will cook away nicely whilst we at the Cinema to see St Vincent.
