Today we are having Chicken Casserole with boiled potatoes and sweet corn.
I was planning on cold chicken and cole slaw but unfortunately I found that all the chicken had vanished … again

Cats like chicken. Look no further than them if you ask me. Hey, and cats have the ability to open fridge doors too: it’s in their genes…
sounds like a reasonable combination ![]()

Lunch was a No. 1 item from the breakfast menu in a cafe in our market: plenty of bacon, sausage, fried egg, loads of beans, 2 slices of lovely buttered toast, and a cuppa tea.
And the company of a chap chatting away to himself at a nearby table.
Supper: pancakes, and ghastly butterscotch delight (not my usual brand…might chuck it away.)
Today I am having a 3 course Christmas Lunch at my Mum’s Day Centre with Entertainment, so no cooking for me today.
