Did a stir fry with sausages today.
Cut up a piece of ox heart, made marinade of Balsamic vinegar, Worcester sauce & Soy sauce, chopped an onion, leek, carrots, parsnips and sweet potato and placed in casserole dish took ox heart from marinade and placed in casserole dish, made gravy from the marinade and poured over everything in casserole dish and placed in oven.
I had a tuna salad for lunch. Everyone at work oohd and aaahd over it. It did look good, but then salads always do when someone else is eating them 
Burger with coleslaw and chips for dinner which was lovely. I’m a burger fanatic. Not so much at home, but when I go out for dinner.
I’m having much the same for dinner tonight - burger, coleslaw and potato wedges. Mrs G is out at Tai Chi, so it’s a late dinner on Mondays.
Today we are having a Curry and Rice.
Tesco delivery day today for us so will see what I fancy when I unpack the shopping ! Usually end up being naughty and having bread and icecream (not together) and regret it for the rest of the day !
Oooohhhh - now there’s a thought - an icecream sarney!!!

Well you can get brown bread icecream I believe so anything is possible. 
It’s going to be ham and coleslaw sandwiches for lunch and probably another burger for dinner to finish them off
No guarantees UJ! Unless I make I make, or buy, a cake myself. I am contemplating doing just that, or taking a packet of the cranberry oat cookies I bought from Lidl, which are outstandingly good.

Yesterday I had a steak & Kidney pud, veg and gravy. Today I’ve taken a chicken breast out of the freezer and when it defrosts will decide whether to have chicken curry or chicken chinese with some stir-fry veg.
