This evening I had a nice fish pie, haddock and salmon with cheese sauce, onion and boiled egg with riced potato over the top and baked in the oven. served with peas.
This afternoon we had Breaded Chicken Steaks with Chips & Beans.
Fish 'n chips with a piece of Mississippi mud pie for a ‘sweet’.
I just nipped into Tesco for a pack of Lurpak olive oil based spread as they are the only shop that sell it around here, and I picked up two, yes two packs of nine lamb chops for £1.15 a pack!!! So guess what is for dinner tonight??
That was a good bargin Lamb Chops for £1.15!!
I sauteed chopped onions in olive oil then tossed in sweet red peppers, diced tomato, leftover peas, about 2 cups of leftover rosemary rice and some turkey sausage. Turned out to be very tasty. 
As my son is not that adventurous with his food we have had steak wrap tonight, thats rump steak in tortilla wrap, I spice mine up a bit with red onion and some herbs…kids they can be so fussy, my daughter on the other hand will eat anything talk about chalk and cheese LOL
Took a chunk of pork (leg) out of freezer and cut it in half, put cracked black peppercorns on one half and roasted it and had it with new pots, carrots, broccoli, cauli and green beans. The other half is split between a pork and pepper casserole and a curry. Whole piece of leg had price tag of £17.89 reduced to £3.48. The same day I got a free range chicken for £1.20. Tesco.
Appertite is coming back now. So lunchtime we are having Pork Casserole, with new potatoes and cabbage. Tonight we may have a Pizza.
Snap, Pork and pepper casserole :-), new pots peas, beans, cauli. Home boiled ham sandwhiches followed by double choc gateaux later with a nice cup of coffee maybe with a tot of brandy in. 
A nice cold dinner today seeing as we have sunshine. Home cooked gammon with new potatoes and salad.
Oooops dropped a clanger forgot I’d got Duck breast with Apricot stuffing out of freezer and company leaving in the morning so we’ll have that today and I am visiting sick relative tomorrow, so I’ll take the casserole with me, that’s that sorted sorted then. I wish I was a little more organised sometimes.
This is what I made today. Surprised myself that it turned out ok. Got some left for tomorrow as well. 
It didn’t quite turn out like on the video - does it ever? - but it was full of flavour.

We are having Chicken Penicilian this evening, salad for lunch.
No dinner today trying a fasting day once a week. Accidentally did one last week and felt really good for two days. So just going to try it this week and see if that was a fluke 
Fasting one day a week is good for you but make sure you drink lots of water.
I use to do it nowadays I just have one day with just salad fruit or veg with no kind of dressings …
Dinner was roast chicken, salad, cooked carrots. Not much appetite but then I woke up an hour agoa, at 4 am, hungry. Can’t be bothered to go all the way downstairs for a bite. Besides, the stairs squeak and I don’t want to wake anyone. Note to self: keep something to nibble on in my room. 
Yes hydration is very important, nothing keeps me from my water drives my husband mad sometimes I am always drinking LOL.
Well I have made a home-made celery soup for lunch which I will have with garlic bread. This evening it is roast leg of lamb with all the trimmings.
