Thankfully, the restaurant was miles away from the sewage works!
Ironically, your meal will possibly end up there. Just saying.
That is disgusting. I wonder which was there first, the sewage place, or the houses?
I am amazed that was allowed. Bet it would never have been allowed for a sewage farm to be built next door to any of the rich and famous!
When I was a kid, there was one near our school. You could sit in the classroom and watch the big rotating arms going round and round, and some days the stench was horrendous.
I lived in Barbados for some years .
The dump there nicknamed Mount Stinkaroo overlooks the exclusive Sandy Lane .
The smell depends on which way the wind is blowing .
No advantages at all.
Not much more I can add.
I’ve had enough, it’s really starting to get to me. Help!!!
Good grief!
I’ve just looked out of the window… it’s actually raining
A few spots here in Hammersmith too!
Puddles! I haven’t seen them for a while…all the birds are happy at least!..I hope nobody is at risk of flooding now the rain is coming back…
I hope no one is going to moan at the arrival of the rain!
I am elated that it’s raining as my lawn and plants look so sad!
I thought, l would have to do a rain dance if the heatwave had persisted!!
In the nude?
The garden was gasping I can alwmost sense it’s relief .
No… in a frogman suit, flippers and snorkel!!
Rubber. Phwoar.
I love the hot weather because it means some women shed some of their clothes.
I do not love the weather because it is too uncomfortable to me to get a good night’s sleep.
I feel too tired to go out much.
A bit of a dilemma really.
I love the hot weather because the sun makes me feel good .
I don’t love the hot weather if some men expose their big white bellies
I agree though it is tiring but it beats the cold any time .
Have you being looking at my belly? Perfect description. You could add ‘bald’ ‘hairy’ and ‘no teeth’ A perfect catch for any woman.
… with a Labrador and a white stick!
Loathe hot weather - makes me feel ill - snow - lots of snow - is what I need. Today’s lovely rain will do until the winter arrives!
Err…hold off on the snow until December…I can share the rain though, gladly!
