The real issue for Americans are, we know the scum Trump is, even the religious nuts / extremist who make up his following, and those fools voted for him any way, no use to crying win his policies go into place, you asked for it.

I think Bruce’s point was that it suggested a lot more, though I don’t think it is indicative of a change in the world order, though I hope this election has awakened a redirection on what we need to be focusing on in the U.S. (debt, budget deficit, trade deficit, wasted spending).
I’d like us to work on that. I would rather pay a little more money and keep more of the money among good neighbors, so to speak.

I wasn’t here for the victory party. Ladies and Gentlemen, the next President of the United States of America is the one and only, Donald Trump.
The Republicans have won the majority of the House and Senate.
This was done by the Electorial vote and the popular vote, not that the popular vote matter in a Republic.

There are lots of inappropriate people being given jobs in both American and British governments Annie, it remains to be seen if Elon Musk will be the saviour of the American economy or turn out to be one of the inappropriate ones. What could possibly go wrong?

look no further than Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
Ms. Yellen is supposed to advocate sound economic policies that help the American people. But when millions of hardworking families were struggling with out-of-control inflation not seen in 40 years.
Ms. Yellen helped pave the way for the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act, which had nothing to do with reducing inflation. Even Paul Krugman at The New York Times admits: “The strategically misleadingly named Inflation Reduction Act is mainly a climate bill.”

Trump seems to planning some significant tariffs on trade from China, Mexico and Canada. Hurrah, what we all need is some more inflation.

Trump is wanting to impose 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico and 35% on tariffs on China.
Canada and Mexico are already contacting Trump and by-passing Biden and his administration all together.
I’m wondering if there are going to include freight shipped through the United States of America, between Mexico and Canada. Using the fuel in the United States of America and hit them up with carbon tax/tariffs for polluting the United States of America air.
Trump is explaining his intended actions between Ukraine and Russia to bring that conflict to an end.
Biden has not allowed United States of America, provided weapons to be used on targets inside Russian. Since Trump’s victory in the election, Biden has approved the use of United States of America, supplied weapons to be used in targets inside of Russia.
It appears the Biden administration is trying to intensify to conflict between Ukraine and Russia to possibly create higher tensions between the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and Russia.

The daily morning presidential briefing is no longer being attended by Harris.
The propaganda mouth pieces, MSNBC is/have reduced the Socialist reporter salary by $5,000,000. CNN and MSNBC are laying off hundreds of their employees.
Wonder if these employees will get the kind of support, that the former Twitter employees got from the public.
Since the election, the Antisemitic protest around the country and at Universities have come to a screeching halt, because the incoming administration will not be bailing them out or dismissing their charges.

Trump campaign ad had a lot of truth to it. Not once but twice, two peace loving Democrats, tried using peace loving violent method to stop Trump, from running for and becoming the next President of the United States of America.
The supply chains for the same goods will simply shift to third countries which are not being “tariff’d” just a waste of transportation. This already happens with Russian goods that are facing sanctions. They go via third countries which then send them into Russia.
Not sure what his beef with Canada is.
You bet he is. The plan is to use this as a significant bargaining tactic in shutting down the out-of-control b0rders, while incentivizing increase domestic refining and U.S. production. This will be a slow but steady road back to energy independence and lower energy and prices across the board.
