Has there been any progress with the WIP, Spitty? 
I am hoping for bad weather, no biters that seem to plague me, going to start again this weekend, whatever the weather.
Decorated the Office, now just got to choose the floor tiles, here is how it started.

That’s a grand bit of brickwork there Spitty, insulation and all, should last as long as the great wall of China.
It must have been murder for you having to drill all those big holes in dem little red bricks.;-)
A serious question, will you be able to get a good internet connection in the office?, When I’m in the workshop I use those plugs you plug into the mains and the signal piggybacks on the mains wires, far better and stronger signals than any dongles.
I’m looking forward to your first post from there, a day to remember, so don’t forget to mark it “First Office Post”, I’ll have a double portion of port on that day.

I did laboriously drill the bricks, because I don’t like thick bricks.
Been so busy these last few weeks, this afternoon the pressure is off a bit so will try to tile the floor, did the cutting a while ago so it’s just a matter of mixing the adhesive and slapping them down.
Got 75% tiled, and ran out of adhesive, will complete it tomorrow, Friday is a break in the work schedule.
New Skip delivered today, back in business, lets complete the hard graft so spring can be spent faffing.

There is half of the larger lawn to remove, then, the area will be covered with weed suppressant material so the area can be turfed in Spring. The Office just needs furnishing now, I’ll stick a photo on later.
I just bought a house that needs rebuilding …well just about. I’ll start a thread on it later although have to admit I won’t be doing the building myself…I’ll do all the decorating though but thats a way off.

The Lawn is lifted and in the skip, at this age, may be the last time. photos to follow.
Half the final lawn area has been levelled and covered with weed inhibitor, just another two tons of top soil to be delivered, then the turf laid, time then for a chill out summer.

Oh well, time to finish the project, topsoil being delivered at 12.30pm today, the it is decision time, 53 sq metres of turf needed next week, do I have it delivered or lay it myself, will post the price difference after making a couple of phone calls.
