So it’s back, thought the air was a bit fetid
Trump is in Scotland visiting his golf clubs 
And I’m forced to ask, so what?
Having my coffee this morning, the news channels were full of it, with lengthy coverage of them waiting to for him to get off the plane, speculation about his finances and what he would do/say
Who cares? he’s just a private citizen, ex-president, why are we giving him all this free publicity
He’s doubtless timed his visit to steal a bit of thunder from the Coronation and Biden’s popularity in Ireland
And after the way he bullied the locals to get his golf clubs built, you’d think a lot of Scots would be giving him the finger, not welcoming him with bagpipes and red carpet
I hope he enjoys the view of the wind farm he couldn’t stop them building
